Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Safe Property Management and Brokerage Company (SAMPRO Ltd), a private company registered in Rwanda under Company Code 103499268. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

SAMPRO Ltd provides debt collection, property management, brokerage, and related professional services in accordance with Rwandan law. The scope, fees, and deliverables for each engagement are defined in a separate service agreement or letter of engagement between SAMPRO Ltd and the client.

Clients agree to provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of shared materials where required, and cooperate in good faith with SAMPRO Ltd staff. Misleading or incomplete information may affect service outcomes and liability.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees for performance-based services are payable upon successful recovery or completion of defined milestones. Other services may be billed on an agreed fixed or retainer basis. Late payments may attract interest or suspension of further work.

Both parties shall keep confidential all non-public information obtained in the course of the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or with prior written consent.

SAMPRO Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability under any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under Rwandan law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, and thereafter through the competent courts of Rwanda.
